Had planned to put up better show this marathon, but couldn't live upto expectations. 42 min for 5.7Km. Did not participate in 10K like last year due to lack of practice.

42 min is not bad.how much time do you take generally?
under controlled conditions i take approx 35-40 mins to finish 6km. around 9.5kmph. I was not happy the way i ran. There were sections where i struggled more than i did during 10K last year.

40 min is good for 6 km.i take 30 min to finish 5 km.
